I'm SO excited to share these with you!

 It was a 5 day shoot with a total of 86 kids that came in every 30 minutes from 8am-5pm. Families that volunteered their time and wanted to help decorate the new East Tower with their kids beautiful smiles. Each family I met I wanted to take home with me! Their kids were just so sweet and full of energy I ended up taking over 10,000 photos!!!

This project was a huge team effort and I'm so thankful for the people I had the privilege to work with for those 5 days. 

The Grand Opening is today and it will be the first time for me to see all 86 images, all nicely framed by Charles Adam Gallery, in the hallways at UMC. I feel so blessed to have been a part of this project!

Now every woman understands that finding a good hairstylist is like holding the secret to life, you just want to share it with everyone!!!

Well ladies, and gentlemen, let me share my secret to life...Jamie! Ever since I' moved to Lubbock, back in 2006, Jamie has been cutting my hair. I love this girl! I always leave her studio with a little more pep in my step ;)

She's always such a joy to get to hang out with and when we got together for her session everything just came together so nicely, even her hair, DUH!

Craig + katie | Lubbock, Texas Proposal Photographer

Now that I'm part of THE club, THE Engaged Club that is, I now know the excitement and incredible emotions you go through in just that quick minute of when the man of your dreams takes a knee and asked you to be his wife.

Oh man, just thinking about it just makes me want to get out of my chair and dance!!!!


I felt the same way when I had the chance to document Craig & Katie's proposal. Ladies! I'm telling you, having a photographer at your proposal is the way to go!!! There's so much uniqueness to each couples story that every proposal is just so magical!

I teared up for Craig & Katie, I screamed out of pure excitement and I went snap happy with my camera for the two!!!
