Aaron + Julia | Lubbock, Texas Engagement Photographer

So I said there was going to be more photos...Well, there are a TON more photos. I couldn't narrow it down and I didnt want to. I absolutely love this couple. I've known Julia since Jr. High and Aaron since our days at Cy-Fair Community College.

When I found out they were married I was so excited, but yet, confused. Only because I had no idea they were even dating at one point. Needless to say, you need to read there short little story of how they met, fell in love and are now married.

The story is told by Julia:

After I graduated Baylor, I went to work for a cardiologist in Houston. I had lunch with a friend from high school and he insisted that I go on a date with his friend Aaron who was in Houston for the summer working an oil internship. We met a few nights later at Baskin-Robbins, had awesome conversation, and made plans to hang out again the next night. We kept having a great time together and hung out almost every day until I moved to Dallas for culinary school and Aaron went back to Lubbock. We dated long-distance over the next semester, and one weekend while he was visiting me in Dallas, he told me he loved me for the first time and proposed! We drove home to Houston so we could get married in the church where I grew up. We were married 5 days later, on the 6 month anniversary of the day we met at Baskin-Robbins, and it was the first time our families met each other. Now we live in Lubbock and are planning to move to Houston after Aaron graduates!

Talk about bringing some awesome props! Oh and mind you there was a surfboard in the van...I miss the beach so badly.
